Underwater daydream

I recently came across an extraordinary sculptor. His name is Jason Decaires Taylor He carves cement instead of stone and his sculptures serve as artificial reefs. Various marine life have come to inhabits his works and i must say this if this isn't functional art, I don't know what is !!!
