Lover, as we lay...

in amazement and if baby as you say my skin is the color of sun warm sand, then you're my moonless night and we: the beach. Wet. Title. All that good shhhhhhhhhhh~

....... Our touch is not free.It comes with responsibility.Even as we lay in all this good feeling. People lay in dirt vomit shit and blood. And I gotta tell you, my sincere love forreal, is for my peeps, my famliy, humanity. For real freedom,Well fed. Human dignity baby.Even as I open myself to share this. I gotta tell you There aint enough good feeling to push the pain and awareness out. Not enuff nothing to make me forget. And I aint no woman of steel. It feels needed : This kiss, that touch,There, that rhythm. Needed and wanted. Now hold me. A little while longer, just a bit, cuz we gotta get up soon. There's a war on outside. Come on now baby, we got work to do.

Two wolves

One evening an old Cherokee told his grandson

about a battle that was going on inside himself.
He said, “My son, it is between two wolves….
One is evil: Anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment,
inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority and ego.
The other is good: Joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness,
benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion and faith”.
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then
asked his grandfather: “Which wolf wins?”
The old Cherokee simply replied: “The one I feed

You left with your life & took mine...

I am sort of in love with James Morrison

His voice is just so rich it makes me tingle. I think my favourite song is The Letter (but its a struggle to even pick a favourite song!)

t's got my name on it,
and it's just waiting there for me,
i feel the cold run through my veins

and it's got her shame on it,
she couldnt say it to my face,
but i wont waste time placing blame.

[chorus]
but i know that i'll move on,
and tell myself i'll find me something better,
i let go and just forget her.

she was no good for me,

deep down i know that's the way it has to be so,
how comes i still can't open this letter?
i can't forget her.

really wish i could
well, there must be a name for it,
whatever this is you've done to me,
i'm all twisted up inside.

well who's gonna pay for it,
if it's not you i guess it's me,
you left with you're life and took mine.

[chorus]x2

it's got my name on it,
and it's just waiting there for me.

我々は、すべての兄弟姉妹である - We are all brothers and sisters

In light of the earthquake that hit Japan and the tsunami that followed, I feel it was my responsibility to do what I can to help.
This earthquake was devastating and it was followed by a horrific tsunami and the images are haunting. There is a video playing on CNN with a minivan being swept away by the tsunami tides and the wipers are still on. One can only hope that that family got out of the vehicle in time. My friends remarked that video and footage we are seeing are reminiscent of the movie of 2012.
But its not enough to watch on television and shake our heads in pity. So here are some ways we can help our brothers and sisters in Japan.
In response to the quake, The Red Cross has already launched efforts in Japan. VisitRedcross.org or text REDCROSS to 90999 to donate $10 from your phone.
To donate or learn about other ways you can contribute to its medical response, visitInternationalmedicalcorps.org. Also, text MED to 80888 from any mobile phone to give $10.
The Japan Earthquake and Tsunami Relief Fund was launched at GlobalGiving.org. Visit to see how you can help
Salvation Army personnel are organizing efforts in Tokyo and will soon send a team to help the severely damaged city of Sendai, Japan. To contribute to earthquake relief, text 'JAPAN' or 'QUAKE' to 80888 to make a $10 donation or visit SalvationArmyUSA.org
Along with an appeal for monetary donations, Operation USA has also announced efforts to collect bulk corporate donations of health care supplies. If you are interested in donating bulk medical items, visit OpUSA.org.

A lot of us can't do anything other than to donate funds so I suggest we help in this way

Also let us not forget our brothers and sisters in Haiti who faced this crisis not too long ago and are not as financially well off as Japan. Their plight should not be forgotten

Here is a list of organizations which have been highly rated by the American Institute of Philanthropy through which you can aid those in need in Haiti:

To donate money through Daily News Charities Inc., which will send every dollar directly to relief organizations who are leading the rescue and recovery efforts in Haiti, please send your check, cash or money order to:
Daily News Charities Inc.
GPO 3309
New York, NY 10116
Make your check or money order payable to: Daily News Charities Inc.

Let us do what we can while we can. What is happening to nations world-wide may be caused by human-influenced activity or by a divine hand. Regardless of your opinion on why these things are happening in the end It does not matter, these natural disasters are affecting the poorest of us and the richest of us. Since we can't stop it the only thing we can do is help each other in the aftermath. So do what you can and do it today.
